According to the hospital’s patient, four doctors, who "did not really keep documents about the medical history", came off duty in the tuberculosis department of the dispensary of the village of Harp within seven months of his treatment. The man complained about the "satisfactory" nutrition in the institution.

In addition, he said that the medical commission had not issued him disability benefits yet. In the message, the patient appealed to the Prosecutor's office, Rospotrebnadzor (Russian Federal State Agency for Health and Consumer Rights) and the Department of Health of Yamalo-Nenets Autonomous Okrug.

The dispensary's representatives reported in response to the patient's claims that the hospital management had taken control over the disability status confirmation. According to the institution, the nutrition is not diverse, because patients are not allowed to eat spicy, fried and starchy food. The dispensary's management believes that the change of health workers has not affected the quality of treatment.

There are healthcare issues in other regions as well. In Udmurtia, activists asked the regional Prosecutor's office and the Ministry of Health of Russia to check the actions of officials in the healthcare system. Social activists spoke about the authorities’ suspicious schemes and accused Alexander Brechalov, the head of the republic, and Deputy Prime Minister of the regional government Elvira Pinchuk of "healthcare’s decay." Earlier in the region, an ambulance crew repaired a broken road and was reprimanded by the hospital management for this.

In Vladimir Oblast, health workers of the emergency department of the hospital in the city of Raduzhny complained to the governor of Vladimir Oblast about "unbearable" working conditions and neglect to pay "covid" payments for work from February to April. After the complaint, they received the money, but the working conditions remained the same.
