The security forces have initiated a criminal case against Svetlana Arshavskaya, the director of the "Everyone's Right" organization. RT emphasizes the collaborative efforts between "Everyone's Right" and foreign charitable foundations, as well as the organization's overseas training programs for its employees. During the investigation, law enforcement officials discovered "materials supporting Ukraine" on Arshavskaya's phone.

In April, the human rights activist faced a fine of 15 thousand rubles ($188) for alleged defamation of the army. On social media, the center's director advocated for peace.

"Everyone's Right" is primarily focused on assisting individuals living with HIV, rehabilitating drug addicts, and aiding ex-convicts. In 2021, law enforcement authorities conducted a search at the organization's office in connection with a drug distribution case, as reported by Idel.Realii.
