The court imposed a fine of 30,000 rubles for each administrative case, amounting to a total of 120,000 rubles.

Inna Tishkina was detained on December 26 following a report by Sergey Klimov, a deputy from the New People party in the Severskaya municipal unit, who describes himself as a "human rights defender."

Klimov posted screenshots of Tishkina’s posts from X (formerly Twitter) on his Telegram channel. In one of the posts, Tishkina commented on a passerby with a Z symbol on their backpack, writing, "When will these scumbags finally start drawing it on their foreheads?"

The Telegram channel NKB SMERSH Kuban, associated with security forces, later published a video of Tishkina apologizing and being forced to sing the Russian national anthem after her detainment. She subsequently made her Twitter account private.
