The police and Federal Security Service found that a schoolgirl from Chadan town urgedВ 'committing unlawful actions.'В She and her parents were summoned to the police station.В 

The girl explained that out of boredom, she messaged an unknown contact saved in her elder sister’s phone. She suggested 'killing people for 500,000 rubles,' but then got scared that she would be reported to law enforcement.

The police drafted a protocol on the girl’s mother’s failure to fulfill upbringing duties. The girl herself will be added to the police register.
