In Syktyvdinsky District, local residents took to the road and obstructed roadways to Pavel Karin, the municipality’s deputy head. They did this in protest against logging for sand extraction in the towns of Pychim and Yazel. The residents asked Karin to assess the scale of the quarries excavation and logging together with them.
