The State Duma will launch the 'Toy Library'В project in Magadan, Lipetsk, and Kursk Oblast. The purpose of the project is to subject toys in kindergartens to a 'psychological and pedagogical expertise.'

"Children always come to school with an understanding of what is good and what is bad, embedded at the family and kindergarten level. So we are going to provide them with the right guidance for the future through games, the 'Toy Library'В project, and well-selected toys. For girls, for example, it is always about playing house, having dolls, toy strollers,"В said Tatiana Butskaya, the State Duma representative of the Committee on Issues of Family, Women, and Children.

Deputies plan to 'continue instilling correct family values'В at schools, colleges, and universities. They want to 'develop a single line of support for traditional family values.'

According to Butskaya, officials are going to 'unleash a questionnaire with adult questions'В on individuals aged 18. The questions will concern the creation of a family; the deputy, however, refrained from delving into details.
