Bashkortostan to declare 2025 the "Year of SMO Participants and Their Families"

Radiy Khabirov promised to sign the decree declaring 2025 as the "Year of SMO Participants and Their Families"В in the near future. According to him, this request came from "the guys from the special military operation zone"В and members of the Order of General Shaymuratov Club.

Bashkortostan previously declared 2024 as the "Year of Care for People with Disabilities."

The region has the highest number of military personnel killed in Ukraine, with Idel.Realii estimating at least 3,100 fatalities.
