The chat was created on July 5. In it, health workers are preparing a petition for the cancellation of house calls and the creation of a bill to protect doctors. They want violence against them to be punished as severely as violence against police officers. The chat's creator Yulia Bogdanova encourages colleagues to conduct explanatory conversations with patients about why house calls are not okay. There are currently almost 3 thousand people in the chat.

The reason was the murder of 25-year-old therapist Elena Fyodorova from Orenburg. On August 2, the young woman came to the call, substituting for a colleague. She was coming upstairs to the patient when an unknown person attacked and killed her by stabbing 30 times. No one responded to Elena's cries for help. The suspect was detained — it was a stalker who was following her on social networks, and she was not even aware of him.

Mass protests and appeals of health workers sometimes give results. In July, the Dorogobuzh CDH's ambulance workers achieved salary recalculation. In June, they started a strike due to low pay, overtime, and poor working conditions. The doctors appealed to the Deystvie (‘action’) Trade Union and law enforcement agencies, where they were helped to restore their rights.
